4. MANDATORY CONFIRMATIONS

1. Collection address and access confirmation
I confirm that my selected collection date and postcode are correct, and I will provide my accurate tree collection address at checkout, including checking any address automatically populated by Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. I understand that my tree must be accessible at all hours and that Windsor Tree Man may be unable to return if access is restricted or incorrect details are provided.

2. Collection times and communication policy
I understand that collections begin at 8:00am and may continue late into the night or the early hours of the following morning. I acknowledge that Windsor Tree Man cannot provide estimated arrival times or individual collection updates, and that messages requesting these updates may not receive a response.

Please ensure the address provided at checkout is the actual address where your Christmas tree will be collected.

⚠️ Using Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal? Please double-check the address automatically populated at checkout.

If your tree is behind a gate, in a communal area or difficult to locate, please provide clear access instructions, including gate codes or What3Words references.

If we cannot access your tree or contact you, we may be unable to return. Please ensure access is available at all hours, or leave your tree outside any gates or restricted areas.

🌙 IMPORTANT — COLLECTION TIMES

Our collections begin at 8:00am and continue throughout the day, often late into the night and sometimes into the early hours of the following morning.

We cannot provide estimated arrival times or individual collection updates. Our collection routes change daily, and responding to requests for updates takes valuable time away from completing everyone's collections.

If your tree is still there when you go to bed, don't worry! We're often collecting while you're asleep, and it will usually be gone by the time you wake up.

Messages requesting arrival times or progress updates may not receive a response.

If your tree is still there the morning after your booked date, please contact us with your order reference and address so we can investigate.

💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS — ONLINE ONLY

For 2027, we're moving to online payments only, accepting debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Why no cash this year? 🎄 Fewer than 1% of our bookings selected Cash on Delivery last season, and collecting cash from trees often meant additional time locating payments and handling them separately.

By moving entirely online, we can spend less time searching for cash in the dark and more time doing what we're here for — collecting your Christmas trees! 🚐
