We will collect your tree from outside your address, communal area or roadside. 

Please add any specific gate codes, location guides or What3Words codes in the notes section when completing your order.

Thank you for your booking, we look forward to collecting your tree, please see some basic details ahead of the email confirmation you will receive:

We offer digital payment options including debit/credit card/Apple Pay/PayPal.
If you would prefer to pay with cash please select the Cash On Delivery button underneath the digital payment method options in the checkout page. Cash must be attached to the tree, you will receive this information in your confirmation emails.

Our collections run from 8:30am to 11:59pm (and into the early hours of the morning if we are very busy) We cannot provide specific times to collect, but if you have booked, please rest assured that we will be collecting your tree, it may just be while you are asleep!

In the unlikely event your tree is still with you the day after you have us booked, please message us directly through the Windsor Tree Man facebook page or via Email: windsortreeman@gmail.com

We are a very small team of 2, so please do not message us to ask if we are still coming to collect / what time etc as this slows down our route and will take us longer to complete all of our collections.

We have a valid commercial waste licence, and are trading as Windsor Tree Man underneath our private limited company (J Simpson LTD) with all relevant vehicle and equipment insurance from our providers, and registered as a business for payment processing through Shopify & Paypal.
